Now I did not see Dinner for Schmucks but it is on my list of things to see. I am a fan of both Paul Rudd and Steve Carell and know that I know there's a Porsche in the mix, I am moving it up on my queue. I'm not surprised to see a Porsche, especially a boxster because let's face it, the boxster has a reputation of being the car wealthy single white males drive, and if I had to define a schmuck that just might be it. I'm not saying all single white Porsche boxster driving men are schmucks but some just might be and could also be proud of that title.
The boxster is looking pretty good here. Of course it's shown in the dark but the headlights are iconic and the rest is looking great in the streetlights. I have no clue who drives it or what he's doing but I will definitely watch and find out. It's nice seeing a Porsche in any film but my guess is that this one is driven, at least a little bit and that is one of my favorite things. It looks like he's going to a party or something which helps us both see his car and get to know him as a person. I know it's bad of me to assume it's a guy, it could very well be a lady which would only make the movie more interesting.
I'm going to have to take a look at this film very soon and I'm excited to see the Porsche as well as hear some jokes, see some guys do kooky stuff and hope that it's a good use of two hours of my time. I heard it didn't do very well but with Paul Rudd and Steve Carell how can it suck?
